Job Summary

We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to support daily hospital/pharmacy operations, including data entry, documentation, billing support, stock records, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain patient, medicine, stock and office records.
- Perform data entry in MS Excel / Hospital or Pharmacy Software.
- Assist with billing, invoices and purchase documentation.
- Maintain pharmacy stock inward/outward records.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain files.
- Coordinate with pharmacists, doctors, staff and vendors.
- Handle routine office work such as printing, scanning and emails.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.




- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Good communication and coordination.
- Knowledge of hospital/pharmacy operations is an advantage.
- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Hospital, Pharmacy, Clinic, Diagnostic Centre or Healthcare will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
