We are now looking for high-ownership co-founders who want to join at an early stage and help build Guidzy into a large travel-tech company. What You’ll Own Depending on your expertise, you will take significant ownership of one or more areas: - Product strategy and execution - Technology and engineering - Business development and partnerships - Sales and customer acquisition - Travel supplier relationships - Operations and fulfilment - Growth and marketing - Building and managing an early-stage team - Developing scalable systems and processes - Participating in major business and strategic decisions Ideal Co-Founder We are looking for someone who is: - Entrepreneurial and highly execution-focused - Comfortable working in an early-stage startup - Able to take ownership without constant supervision - Willing to commit seriously for the long term - Strong in their respective area of expertise - Comfortable working with ambiguity and limited resources - Passionate about travel, technology and building businesses - Interested in building a company rather than simply taking a job Previous startup or leadership experience is preferred, but strong execution ability and ownership mindset matter more than titles. Co-Founder Structure This is not a conventional salaried employment position. Guidzy is looking for genuine business partners who will have meaningful ownership and responsibility.



The proposed structure includes: - ₹10 lakh co-founder joining contribution - Meaningful equity in Guidzy, negotiated based on the individual's role, experience, commitment and contribution - Founder-level responsibility and decision-making - Long-term participation in the company's growth - Formal founder agreement covering equity, vesting, responsibilities, IP and exit terms The joining contribution reflects the fact that Guidzy has already been developed to its current stage, with significant founder investment, groundwork, research, product development and business development already completed. The goal is to establish strong commercial validation and create the foundation for scaling Guidzy across multiple destinations.
