WE’RE HIRING – BIM MODELER

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our team.

Position: BIM Modeler
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Thalappara, Malappuram
Employment: Full-Time

Responsibilities

- Develop accurate 3D BIM models based on architectural & structural drawings
- Prepare and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Create plans, sections, elevations & detailed drawings from BIM models
- Coordinate architectural, structural & MEP models
- Identify and resolve clashes and design conflicts
- Assist in quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
- Maintain BIM standards, accuracy and documentation

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Understanding of architectural & structural construction details
- Knowledge of BIM coordination & clash detection
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Valuable attention to detail and time management

Preferred: Experience in residential / commercial building projects.
