Derby Design Engineering Consultancy L.L.C. is looking for experienced and skilled Structural BIM Modelers (Revit) / Draughtsmen to join our structural engineering team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidates will have robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure and AutoCAD, with a good understanding of structural engineering drawings and construction detailing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate 3D structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit Structure.
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, including GA drawings, reinforcement drawings, and construction details.
- Interpret engineering drawings and convert design information into accurate BIM models and 2D drawings.
- Coordinate structural models and drawings with other disciplines.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Support the structural engineering team in preparing construction documentation and resolving drawing-related issues.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.

Experience





Minimum 5 years of experience in structural drafting and BIM modeling. Candidates with relevant experience in structural consultancy or construction projects are preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of structural systems, construction drawings, and detailing.
- Ability to develop accurate 3D models from engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of structural drafting standards and BIM coordination.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
