- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop business opportunities, and manage sales activities within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the medical/healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective area-wise sales strategies and plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, distributors, dealers, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners in the assigned territory.
- Ensure proper product promotion and communicate product benefits to customers.




- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, products, and activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Support.
- Ensure timely collection/payment follow-up from customers and channel partners.
- Train, guide, and motivate sales executives/team members where applicable.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development initiatives.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
