Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tool Room professional to manage tool room activities in a graphite manufacturing/precision machining setting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of tool making, maintenance, machining processes, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Tool Room operations and activities.
- Plan, manufacture, modify, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other precision components.
- Handle graphite machining and precision tooling as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure timely availability of tools.
- Troubleshoot tool-related issues and carry out necessary modifications and repairs.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of tools and measuring instruments.
- Maintain tool room records,



inventory, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.
- Lead and guide tool room technicians/operators as required.

Requirements:

- Experience: 7–10 years in Tool Room / Tool & Die / Precision Machining.
- Experience with graphite components or graphite machining will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of CNC/VMC machining and conventional machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
