We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager with a minimum of 6 months of experience to lead and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, brand building, analytics, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and overall digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Plan and coordinate posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels, and campaigns.
- Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team.
- Monitor social media trends and implement relevant ideas and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong audience engagement and online communities.
- Track social media performance using analytics and prepare regular reports.
- Optimize content strategies based on engagement, reach, leads, and other performance metrics.
- Manage social media campaigns, promotions, launches,



and brand awareness activities.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Experience in developing successful social media strategies and content plans.
- Solid knowledge of social media analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, content planning, and team coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current digital and social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns efficiently.
- Experience working with designers, video editors, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, branding, and paid social media campaigns will be an added advantage.
