Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Personal Loan Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue personal loan payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a qualified and customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue personal loan accounts.
- Follow up with customers for pending EMI and loan repayments.
- Negotiate payment commitments and encourage timely repayments.
- Record customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan payments professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates and account resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Personal Loan, Credit Card, Banking, NBFC, BPO, or Collection Process will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
