We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skill Trainer to conduct engaging training sessions focused on communication, personality development, employability skills, and workplace readiness. The trainer will be responsible for helping learners improve their interpersonal and professional skills and prepare them for employment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and interactive training sessions on soft skills and employability skills.
- Train students on Communication Skills, Spoken English, Personality Development, and Interview Skills.
- Develop learners' confidence, presentation, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, role plays, and other practical activities.
- Prepare training plans, presentations, activities, assessments, and learning materials.
- Monitor learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance, training records, assessment reports, and other documentation.
- Motivate students and create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Coordinate with the placement team to improve learners' job-readiness.




- Conduct sessions according to the organization's training curriculum and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; certification in Training, HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field will be an advantage.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Soft Skill Trainer, Employability Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, or Personality Development Trainer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Valuable knowledge of interview preparation, group discussions, workplace etiquette, and professional communication.
- Comfortable using PowerPoint, MS Office, and digital training tools.
