Job Description:
The Associate Sales Manager - Bancassurance will be responsible for generating and managing sales through the bank's distribution channels. This individual will collaborate closely with bank staff to increase awareness and promote insurance products, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives. The role includes recruiting, training, and mentoring bank staff to effectively sell life insurance products while maintaining high service standards. The Associate Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.



This position requires building strong relationships with bank partners and clients to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets for Bancassurance.
- Train and support bank staff in selling insurance products.
- Conduct regular meetings with bank partners to discuss performance and strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the bank.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
