Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate project execution, planning, progress, billing, resources, documentation and communication between project sites and management. The role requires strong coordination and follow-up skills with a practical understanding of civil construction and highway projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Progress Tracking & MIS: Track planned versus actual progress, monitor critical path milestones, identify operational bottlenecks, and maintain management dashboards detailing progress, delays, and resource usage.
- Documentation & Delay Logs: Maintain structured registers for daily project tasks, site hindrances, design modifications, variation orders, and contemporaneous delay records required for contractual protection.
- Billing & Commercial Support: Assist in RA bill preparation, verify BOQ quantities against site measurements, check subcontractor billing accuracy, and track pending payment certifications.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Facilitate formal communication with client representatives (NHAI, MoRTH, PWD), consultants,



and Authority Engineers regarding drawing approvals, technical submissions, and site inspections.
- Quality & Technical Support: Track the flow of IFC drawings, approved method statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of project coordination or planning experience in civil infrastructure (Highways, Roads, or EPC projects preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of site measurements, BOQ calculations, and project tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking software, and generating technical reports.
- Familiarity with standard codes, IRC/MoRTH specifications, and basic EPC contract terms is advantageous.

Pay: ₹85,662.43 - ₹110,652.61 per month
