Job Description – Packaging Boy

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Packaging Boy to handle packing, dispatch, loading/unloading, and basic warehouse-related activities for IT hardware products. The candidate should be physically fit, organized, and careful while handling hardware equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack IT hardware products safely and securely as per company requirements.
- Handle products such as laptops, desktops, networking equipment, CCTV equipment, cables, accessories, and other IT hardware.
- Check products and quantities before packing and dispatch.
- Prepare packages for courier, transport, or client delivery.
- Assist in loading and unloading of hardware and other materials.
- Maintain proper arrangement of stock and packed materials.
- Ensure products are protected from damage during handling and transportation.
- Support the warehouse/store team in day-to-day activities.




- Maintain basic records of received, packed, and dispatched materials.
- Follow company safety and handling procedures.
- Perform other packaging and store-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in packaging, warehouse, store, dispatch, or a similar role.
- Experience in handling electronic or IT hardware products will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of packing and material handling.
- Positive physical fitness and ability to handle materials safely.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Educational Qualification

10th / 12th Pass or equivalent or any other.

Salary

Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 18,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
