We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager with strong experience in overseas recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, leading the team, developing client relationships, driving business growth, and achieving organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.

Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to achieve assigned targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Identify current business opportunities and contribute to business expansion.

Handle client requirements, enquiries, follow-ups, and business negotiations.

Monitor team performance, productivity, and target achievement.

Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.





Coordinate with internal teams and senior management for smooth operations.

Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure compliance with company policies and established procedures.

Implement strategies to improve branch performance and business efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in manpower consultancy / overseas recruitment.

Experience in a manpower consultancy or overseas recruitment agency is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of recruitment agency operations and client handling.

Proven experience in team management, business development, and target achievement.

Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Strong understanding of GCC recruitment markets will be an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/CRM systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
