About the Role

ADA Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales, business development, client handling, negotiation, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
- Track sales activities, pipelines, and revenue performance.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of lead generation and sales conversion.
- Ability to handle clients independently.
- Strong presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
