Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of practical experience in content strategy, monthly content calendars and reel scriptwriting.

This position is ideal for someone who understands that social media management is not just about posting content. The candidate should be able to research industries, understand brands, identify trends and convert ideas into engaging reels, posts, carousels and stories.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the client’s business, target audience, competitors and marketing objectives.
- Conduct competitor research and identify relevant social media trends.
- Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Generate creative concepts for reels, static posts, carousels and stories.
- Write engaging reel hooks, scripts, captions and calls to action.
- Plan festival, seasonal, promotional and trend-based content.
- Prepare shoot concepts, references, shot lists, props and content requirements.
- Coordinate with videographers, video editors and graphic designers.
- Brief the creative team clearly and ensure the final output follows the approved concept.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Manage daily stories, comments and basic DM responses.
- Review content before posting for grammar, brand consistency and accuracy.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on reach, engagement and audience response.
- Maintain content trackers and complete assigned work within deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with the internal team regarding approvals, changes and content status.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content marketing.




- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, stories, carousels and current content formats.
- Experience creating monthly social media content calendars.
- Good content research and competitor-analysis skills.
- Ability to write strong reel hooks, scripts and captions.
- Good understanding of trends and the ability to adapt them to different brands.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take responsibility for assigned accounts.
- Comfortable coordinating with clients and creative team members.

Experience creating content for any of the following industries will be an advantage:

- Lifestyle and consumer brands

Salary

₹8,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience, content quality, portfolio, communication skills, and practical performance during the selection process.

Work Schedule

- Six working days per week
- Weekly off: Sunday
- Work timings: 10AM to 7PM
