Job Summary

Votiko Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations, lead teams, monitor performance, and ensure smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, decision-making, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the operations team to achieve business targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and operational KPIs.
- Set performance goals and ensure timely achievement of targets.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth business operations.
- Prepare and review operational reports and performance data.
- Develop and improve processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.




- Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance and feedback.
- Support management in implementing recent strategies and operational improvements.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage targets, deadlines, and high-pressure situations.
- Good knowledge of operational processes and performance monitoring.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Candidates based in Surat are preferred.
- Must be comfortable working the 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift.
