AI Transformation Program LeadershipHas led enterprise-scale transformation programs with clear ownership of scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, benefits, governance cadence, and executive reporting.
AI / Digital Tool Adoption & Use-Case ScalingCan translate business problems into AI-enabled use cases, drive tool rollout and user adoption, and track measurable outcomes such as productivity, quality, cycle time, cost, and satisfaction.
Change Management, Upskilling & AI Culture BuildingDemonstrates experience building role-based training, communications,



communities of practice, adoption toolkits, and engagement mechanisms that embed recent ways of working at scale.
Stakeholder Influence, Governance & Responsible AI ReadinessEffectively aligns engineering, HR, IT, cybersecurity, legal, data privacy, finance, and senior leaders; facilitates decisions while ensuring data governance, security, compliance, and sustainment are addressed.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

- Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- MBA or any other Management Diploma/Certificate/Degree would be an added advantage
