- Drive Advisory team’s growth by building trusted relationships with GCC and Advisory Leadership teams, ensuring GCC actively build integrated and high-performing teams.
- Develop and implement the GCC l Advisory operating model in partnership with the Region, defining the balance between centralized and decentralized teams, and tracking progress against commercial KPIs.
- Engage with other GCC functional leaders to influence and align critical cross-functional strategic decisions and ensure organizational coherence.
- Develop and maintain a global network of ambassadors to advocate for GCC initiatives, share best practices and strengthen collaboration across company regions.
- Drive the creation of Centers of Excellence within the GCC setting up operating platforms that promote innovation and best practices.
- Actively identify opportunities for digital enablement across the Advisory function (e.g., proposal automation, digital delivery models) to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Promote continuous improvement and collaboration between regions and GCC teams through structured engagement, team interactions, and performance reviews that elevate the GCC Advisory brand globally.
