We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented West Credit Sales Head to drive Working Capital and Supply Chain Finance solutions for SMEs, distributors, dealers, and channel partners. The role involves sourcing business opportunities, onboarding customers, understanding their financing requirements, and driving credit disbursement in coordination with internal stakeholders and lending partners.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in secured/unsecured business loans, trade finance, invoice financing, dealer/distributor financing, and supply chain lending products. Key

Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Drive sourcing and acquisition of customers for Working Capital and Supply Chain Finance products.
- Identify financing opportunities across dealers, distributors, vendors, and SME ecosystems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and lending institutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business disbursement targets.
- Generate leads through market mapping, references, field visits, and existing ecosystem networks.

Credit & Financial Understanding

- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable credit solutions.
- Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and operations teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
- Collect and verify financial and business documents required for credit assessment.




- Ensure timely turnaround of cases from login to disbursement.
- Maintain portfolio quality and monitor early warning indicators.

Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with NBFCs, banks, fintech partners, and internal business teams for deal closures.
- Collaborate with sales and category teams to identify financing opportunities within the platform ecosystem.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, disbursements, and market feedback to management.

Compliance & Process Adherence

- Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC norms, compliance requirements, and lending guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and CRM updates for all customer interactions and transactions.
- Support process improvement initiatives for enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of Working Capital, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance products. Knowledge of SME lending, invoice discounting, dealer financing, and cash flow assessment. Strong sales acumen and relationship management skills.
