JD Ceramic is a growing player in the ceramics and tiles industry. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand our dealer and distributor network and grow sales across new and existing markets.

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead sales growth, build strong relationships with dealers and distributors, and identify new business opportunities in the ceramics/tiles space. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong network and a track record of hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers and distributors in target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and market share
- Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and territories
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with dealers/distributors




- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share market feedback with management
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Represent JD Ceramic at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed
- Travel to meet dealers/clients and expand the distribution network

Skills & Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware, or a related building materials industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willingness to travel for dealer/client visits
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Word for reporting
- A two-wheeler/valid driving license is a plus (for local travel)

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
