Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Lead to join our engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Java Script, Type Script, and up-to-date web application development. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, architecture design, mentoring team members, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications.
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Node.js.




- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Drive technical decisions, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and Dev Ops teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile development activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
