Must Have’s

• 5–10 years of experience in managing large-scale operations, preferably in consumer, retail, or

service-oriented sectors.

• Proven experience in city-level or regional operations management in a fast-paced, customer-centric

business (preferably healthcare, retail, or service industry).

• Strong understanding of P&L; management, business growth, and operational processes.

• Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience handling multi-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in handling enterprise/business partnerships, B2B sales, or institutional business development will be

an added advantage.

• Ability to work in a high-growth, dynamic workplace and deliver results under pressure.

Your Day

• Own and manage the P&L; for the city,



ensuring profitability and operational efficiency across all

centers.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate center managers, operations, and salesteams to achieve business

objectives.

• Ensure best-in-class customer experience through operational excellence, processimprovement,

and team engagement.

• Collaborate with central teams (Marketing, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Tech) to execute

strategic plans.

• Analyze key performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement initiatives to improve revenue and

productivity.

• Drive local marketing initiatives and partnershipsto enhance visibility and customer acquisition.

• Own and grow the enterprise/B2B business vertical for the city, building strategic partnerships and unlocking new

revenue channels.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
