Restructuring & NPA Advisory

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: 1–2 Years of relevant experience

Education: Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

Preferred Location: Mumbai-based candidates will be considered on priority

About the Role:

We are looking for an Associate to support our advisory assignments across financial restructuring, NPA resolution, IBC matters, OTS, distressed assets, and debt transactions . The role will involve client and stakeholder management, financial analysis, resolution strategy, documentation, negotiations, and end-to-end execution of advisory mandates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage communication and coordination with clients, banks, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders .
- Analyse financial statements, debt positions, cash flows, and overall business viability .
- Assist in matters related to IBC Resolution Plans, NPA resolution, One-Time Settlement (OTS), debt restructuring, and turnaround advisory .
- Support debt assignment, distressed asset transactions, and related advisory engagements .
- Prepare financial projections, cash-flow analysis, recovery assessments, and other financial models/reports .




- Conduct basic financial, commercial, and business due diligence of companies and stressed assets.
- Assist with documentation, negotiations, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end execution of advisory assignments.
- Apply working knowledge of IBC, SARFAESI Act, and other relevant recovery and insolvency laws/regulations .
- Prepare presentations, analytical reports, transaction-related documents, and other deliverables as required for client engagements.

Eligibility:

- Strong understanding of financial statements, debt structures, cash flows, and business viability .
- Working knowledge of IBC, SARFAESI, OTS, restructuring, and recovery processes .
- Valuable analytical, communication, documentation, and negotiation skills .
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and work on assignments with tight timelines.
- Candidates with prior experience in financial restructuring, insolvency advisory, NPA resolution, or distressed asset transactions will be preferred.
