Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Support weekend live academic sessions and coordinate with faculty and learners to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage learner queries during sessions and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Conduct post-session feedback calls to understand learner concerns and experience.
- Handle learner queries related to academics, attendance, assessments, LMS, and other operational requirements.
- Monitor Freshdesk tickets, resolve basic queries, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
- Support academic communications and follow-ups related to capstone projects, campus immersion, tests, assignments, and other activities.
- Maintain attendance trackers, academic records, and documentation with accurate and timely updates.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve learner concerns and close pending academic tasks.
