Assistant Manager – HR(Hindi Speaking)

Languages: Tamil & English; Hindi proficiency preferred

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HR to manage end-to-end HR operations at a manufacturing facility, with strong hands-on exposure in recruitment, team management and general HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for the plant.
- Lead and manage recruitment activities with strong team management and stakeholder coordination.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance and employee records.
- Identify and coordinate training & development initiatives.
- Implement HR policies, processes and ensure effective HR operations.




- Support employee relations and day-to-day plant HR activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS and documentation using MS Office.

Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably from FMCG, Food, Pharma or Any Manufacturing industries.
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in team management and handling high-volume recruitment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / HR MIS.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Spoken Hindi mandatory.
- Candidates who can join immediately / within a short notice period are preferred.

Work Location: Modakkurichi, Erode, Tamil Nadu.
