Launch Project Manager – Pharmaceutical

Location: WFH | Delhi NCR candidates preferred

Experience: 5+ Years

Shift: US Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM / 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM

Working Days: 5 Days

CTC: ₹8–13 LPA | Maximum up to ₹13 LPA for strong candidates

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong pharmaceutical commercial/product launch experience. The role will support cross-functional launch activities, project tracking, reporting, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain integrated launch plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and project trackers.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops and follow-ups.
- Track action items, project risks, issues and status updates.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Manage budgets, accruals, variance tracking,



and quarterly spend plans.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Finance, and Operations teams.

Mandatory Requirements

- 5+ years of experience supporting pharmaceutical product launches.
- Strong Commercial Pharma / late-stage launch experience.
- Experience with integrated launch plans, RAID logs and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with budget, accrual, and variance management.
- Robust knowledge of Smartsheet, Excel, Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Comfortable working permanently in a US shift.
