About the Company

Scaling its India team, a US fintech has partnered with Flexiple to hire an IT Security Analyst to protect the infrastructure behind its payments platform. The team moves fast, so security has to be built into the pipeline rather than bolted on afterward. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an IT Security Analyst, you will monitor cloud infrastructure and applications for threats, work with engineering on secure practices, and help the company stay ahead of a constantly shifting risk landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Threat Monitoring & Response

- Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and endpoints for security threats
- Investigate alerts and lead incident response for security events
- Run and track remediation of vulnerability scans across the stack

Secure Engineering Practices

- Partner with engineering to embed security checks into CI/CD pipelines
- Review access controls, secrets management, and cloud configurations




- Support security awareness and secure-coding practices across the team

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 2 to 6 years in IT security, application security, or cloud security roles
- Hands-on experience securing AWS, GCP, or Azure environments
- Comfort working directly with engineers in a fast-moving product setting
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with PCI-DSS or SOC 2 compliance programmes
- Familiarity with tools like Snyk, Wiz, CrowdStrike, or similar security platforms
- A degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field
