About the Role

Reaviva Holistic Health is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition across Meta and Google. The role is responsible for generating qualified leads and booked consultations within the monthly media budget.

The Performance Marketing Manager will own campaign strategy, execution, tracking and reporting, and will work closely with the design and sales teams to improve lead quality and reduce the cost per booked consultation.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign strategy and execution

1. Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)

2. Prepare monthly media plans and budget allocation by service and channel for leadership approval

3. Test audiences, placements, bidding strategies and ad formats, and scale what performs

4. Brief the design team on creative requirements and run structured creative tests

5. Write ad copy and lead form content in line with platform policies for health and wellness advertising

6. Obtain medical team approval for any health claims before ads go live

7. Plan seasonal and launch campaigns for new services and packages

Tracking and lead quality

8. Implement and maintain tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager and GA4

9. Optimise the lead journey from ad to landing page, lead form or WhatsApp, through to the CRM

10. Ensure accurate source attribution for every lead in the CRM

11. Review lead quality weekly with the sales team and refine targeting and messaging accordingly

12. Track cost per lead, cost per booked consultation, show-up rate and revenue by campaign

Reporting and account governance

13. Share weekly performance dashboards and a monthly review with recommendations

14. Deliver against monthly targets for qualified leads and cost per booked consultation

15. Keep all ad accounts, pixels, audiences and creative assets under Reaviva's business ownership

16. Monitor competitor activity and platform policy updates





17. Undertake such further responsibilities as the growth of the business requires

Requirements

• Three to five years of hands-on performance marketing experience

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Search and Performance Max

• Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets, with measurable cost per lead and cost per acquisition outcomes

• Working knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager and GA4

• Experience in lead generation for appointment-based or consultation-led businesses

• A sound understanding of ad policies for health, beauty and wellness categories

• Strong analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets

• Clear communication and the ability to present performance to leadership

Preferred Background

Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, fitness, beauty or premium lifestyle brands is preferred. Familiarity with CRM platforms, and with location-based campaigns in Mumbai, will be an advantage.

Location: Santacruz West, Linking Road, Mumbai

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Pattern: Full time and on site, with one weekly off

Start Date: Immediate
