Job Title: Admission Counsellor – EdTech Sales
Location: Noida, Sector 15
Salary: ₹30k – ₹35k per month (In-Hand Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales is mandatory
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to handle admissions for UG/PG programs. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to guide students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
Understand students career goals and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
Explain course details,



eligibility, fees, and admission process.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Prior experience in EdTech, inside sales, admissions, counselling, or education sales will be an advantage.
