Role Description The Business Transformation Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for driving strategic and operational change across the organization. This role involves analyzing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing transformation roadmaps aligned with brand goals. The individual will collaborate closely with design, production, sales, and customer service teams to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and strengthen business planning. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, preparing business reports, facilitating cross-functional communication, and supporting leadership in decision-making.



The Business Transformation Lead will also work on enhancing customer experience, implementing best practices, and ensuring that transformation initiatives are executed on time and within scope.
Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess business performance, interpret data, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Experience in business planning and business strategy, including developing roadmaps and managing initiatives across functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present insights to leadership.
- Customer service orientation and understanding of customer experience principles to support brand and client satisfaction.
- Background in business, management, operations, or a related field; bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Proven experience in business transformation, process optimization, or change management within fashion, retail, or a creative industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced, design-led environment.
- Proficiency with productivity and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
