Loan volumes are growing faster than the credit team's ability to diligence every borrower and portfolio segment, and decisions are starting to lean on gut feel more than anyone would like. A US fintech scaling its India team, working with Flexiple on this hire, wants a Credit Research Analyst who can close that gap.

You would build and maintain credit models across the lending book, dig into borrower financials and portfolio performance data, and turn both into credit memos the risk committee can act on directly, including flagging deteriorating credits before they become a problem.

What we need from you:

- 2 to 6 years in credit research, credit risk, underwriting or related fixed income analysis
- Solid financial modelling skills, including comfort with cash flow and leverage analysis
- Experience reading financial statements,



loan agreements or borrower disclosures closely
- Ability to write a credit memo that stands on its own without heavy editing
- Comfort working with imperfect data and flagging what is missing rather than guessing
