About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, along with a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Assist with campaign setup, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget configuration.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.




- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure effective spend pacing.
- Ensure accurate implementation of tracking pixels, tags, and conversion events.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives.
- Support ongoing campaign optimization under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads
- Basic understanding of campaign setup and optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
