Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco Voice and Collaboration environments.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM (Call Manager) administration, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and support Cisco Unity Connection for voicemail and unified messaging.
- Configure and troubleshoot Ribbon SBC / PSX for SIP signaling, call routing, and voice connectivity.
- Troubleshoot SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, DNS, and voice call-flow issues.
- Configure and maintain Cisco IP Phones, gateways, trunks, dial plans, route patterns, translation patterns, and partitions/CSS.
- Monitor voice infrastructure and resolve incidents, service requests, and performance issues.
- Perform voice platform upgrades, patching, migrations, and production changes.
- Work with network, security, and application teams to resolve complex voice and connectivity issues.
- Maintain technical documentation,



configuration standards, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in Cisco Voice / Collaboration technologies.
- Cisco CUCM – Administration and troubleshooting.
- Cisco Unity Connection – Administration and troubleshooting.
- Ribbon SBC / PSX – Configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, VoIP, TCP/IP, DNS, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with SIP Trunks, dial plans, gateways, route patterns, and call routing.
- Good troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Exposure to monitoring tools and ITIL-based support processes is an added advantage.
