Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with solid technical expertise and proven leadership experience. The ideal candidate will drive solution design and development, while also leading, mentoring, and guiding the development team to ensure best practices and high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- 8–12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a focus on the Field Service module.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
- Mentor and coach team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution quality and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and customize solutions using C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and HTML.




- Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Support deployment, testing, and production issue resolution.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Field Service module).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and plugin development.
- Strong JavaScript and front-end development skills.
- Experience with Power Automate and integration.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience in Power BI reporting.
- Experience with SSRS Reporting.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile App.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
