Role Purpose:

The TGT Arts and Graphic Design teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the artistic journey of our students. This position is designed for a passionate educator who can inspire creativity and engage students through innovative lesson plans and hands-on projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote creativity and artistic expression in various art forms including visual arts, music, and drama.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Utilize educational technology to enhance learning outcomes and engage students in artistic practices.
- Develop and evaluate student performance through formative and summative assessments.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate arts into interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Organize and lead workshops, exhibitions, and performances to showcase student work and encourage community involvement.




- Stay current with industry trends and methodologies in art education to continually enhance the curriculum.

Team Collaboration:

As a TGT Arts and Graphic Design teacher, you will work closely with other educators, administrative staff, and parents to create a supportive and enriching environment. Requirements:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field. A Bachelor's in Education (B.Ed) is mandatory.

Experience Requirements:

4-6 years of relevant teaching experience in arts education or graphic design.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in art and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong knowledge of various art mediums and techniques.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences.
