Key Responsibilities:

- Assess the educational needs of students and develop individualized plans that cater to their unique requirements.
- Design and implement differentiated instruction strategies to support diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a cohesive support network for students.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on best practices in special needs education.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and adapt strategies as necessary.
- Provide counseling and guidance to students experiencing academic or emotional challenges.
- Stay current with educational trends and legislative changes in special needs education.

Requirements:

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: 4-7 years of experience in educational counselling, with a focus on special needs education.
