Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the IT department in implementing and maintaining technology solutions that facilitate educational processes.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify technology needs and provide effective solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the organization’s website and educational technology platforms.
- Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve technology integration.
- Provide training and support for staff and students in using educational technology tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in educational technology and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration:

The IT Manager will work closely with various departments,



including academic faculty, administrative staff, and external vendors, to ensure a cohesive approach to technology integration across the institution.

Requirements:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

7-12 years of experience in information technology management, preferably in an educational setting.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience with website design and development.
- Strong understanding of educational technology and its application in teaching and learning.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
