Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Location: Ahmedabad Preferred Experience Candidates with hands-on experience in Used Car Loans and Personal Loans will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Handle Used Car Loan and Personal Loan enquiries. Coordinate with customers regarding loan requirements and documentation. Make follow-up calls with customers for loan processing. Collect and verify required customer documents. Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan applications and approvals. Follow up on pending cases and update customers regularly.
Maintain proper records of loan applications and customer details. Support the team in achieving loan disbursement targets. Ensure smooth coordination between customers, banks, and internal teams. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Used Car Loans and/or Personal Loans. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Knowledge of loan processes and documentation. Robust follow-up and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel. Target-oriented and confident in dealing with customers. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
