ABOUT ISHARYA & INDINOOR

Isharya is a contemporary jewellery brand bringing together bold design, craftsmanship and fashion-forward self-expression.

Indinoor brings a modern, youthful perspective to Indian jewellery, designed for festive occasions, celebrations and everyday moments.

We are looking for a Fashion & Creative Stylist to shape the styling and visual language across both brands — spanning social media, campaigns, shoots, e-commerce, celebrity/influencer content and brand moments.

THE ROLE

This is an Individual Contributor role with end-to-end ownership across styling strategy, creative ideation, content creation and execution.

You will work closely with the Creative, Marketing, Social Media, PR, Content and E-commerce teams to create distinctive, fashion-forward looks and visual stories that make the jewellery the hero.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop styling concepts, moodboards and visual directions aligned with each brand’s identity.

• Own styling across campaigns, photoshoots, social media, Reels, e-commerce and digital content.

• Contribute to content ideation and create styling-led concepts for social-first content.

• Track fashion, celebrity, runway and social media trends and translate them into relevant brand content.

• Style celebrities, influencers and creators for campaigns, events and social content.

• Source clothing, accessories, footwear and props through designers, brands, rental houses and sourcing partners.

• Manage fittings, look approvals, sourcing and on-set styling.





• Collaborate with photographers, creative directors, hair & makeup teams, production and talent.

• Build and maintain relationships across the fashion and styling ecosystem.

• Manage styling budgets, timelines, sourcing and returns efficiently.

• Ensure jewellery remains the focal point while creating complete, aspirational and commercially relevant looks.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–6 years of experience in fashion styling, jewellery styling, editorial, celebrity styling, fashion content or a related creative role.

• Strong understanding of Indian and global fashion.

• Excellent eye for silhouettes, proportions, colour, layering and accessorising.

• Strong understanding of jewellery styling and visual storytelling.

• Experience creating content for Instagram, Reels and other digital platforms.

• Strong fashion sourcing network and execution skills.

• Highly creative, organised and comfortable working independently.

• Strong portfolio showcasing styling, fashion sensibility and content work.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Someone who lives and breathes fashion, has a strong point of view and understands how to turn a jewellery collection into a complete visual story.

Someone who can move seamlessly from moodboard to sourcing, from styling a celebrity to developing a Reel, and from creative strategy to hands-on execution.

Excellent jewellery styling isn't just about accessorising -it's about creating a point of view, building a visual story and making the jewellery unforgettable.
