We’re hiring Senior STEM Trainers for a growing EdTech organization that is creating hands-on learning experiences for students through STEM programs, physical learning centers, and school partnerships.

This is not just a teaching job. It’s an opportunity to lead, mentor, manage, and make a real impact on the next generation of innovators.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct engaging, hands-on STEM sessions using DIY kits and structured learning programs

• Teach Arduino, Robotics, Electronics, AI, IoT, and 3D Printing

• Mentor students in innovation, project building, and prototype development

• Conduct demo sessions and interact with parents

• Manage day-to-day centre operations, lab discipline, inventory, and documentation

• Contribute to curriculum development, workshops, and STEM events

• Collaborate with the Innovation & R&D; team to improve learning kits and modules

• Support school mentoring and program execution, if assigned

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of experience in STEM training, teaching,



or a related role

• Strong knowledge of Arduino, Robotics, AI, IoT, and Electronics

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to independently manage a learning center

• A high-ownership mindset with a passion for working with students

Employment: Full time | On-Roll

Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week | Saturday & Sunday compulsory

️ Weekly Off: Any one day, Monday–Friday
