About the Opportunity

We are looking for a sharp, confident, and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in China.

Previous BPO or call-center experience is preferred but not required. However, applicants must have excellent telephone communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the confidence to engage prospective clients through outbound calls.

We are an Indian-owned company with an established team of Indian nationals, providing a comfortable and supportive environment for Indian employees.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.

* Research and identify potential customers.

* Generate, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities.

* Understand prospects’ requirements and determine their suitability.

* Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

* Follow up consistently with prospects by telephone, email, and other communication channels.

* Build professional relationships with potential clients.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

* Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

* Minimum two years of professional work experience.

* BPO, call-center, inside-sales, telecalling, or lead-generation experience is preferred but not mandatory.

* Sharp sales acumen and exceptional telephone communication skills are essential.

* Excellent spoken English.

* Confident, persuasive, energetic, and comfortable making outbound calls.

* Ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and identify genuine sales opportunities.

* International calling or sales experience is an advantage.

* Target-oriented, disciplined, and equipped with a solid sales mindset.

* Willing and able to relocate to, work, and live in China.
