Job Title: Car Workshop Service Manager

Looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage our workshop operations, team, quality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
- Allocate jobs to technicians & monitor progress.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain repair quality & reduce rework.
- Handle customer queries & complaints.
- Coordinate estimates, approvals & parts.
- Manage vehicle Pickup & Drop operations across Hyderabad.
- Ensure proper vehicle inspection & handover.
- Manage technicians, drivers & workshop staff.
- Track pending vehicles and daily workshop performance.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of automotive workshop experience.
- Strong knowledge of 4-wheeler servicing & repairs.
- Good 4-wheeler driving knowledge – Mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Good team management & customer handling skills.
- Robust communication & coordination skills.
- Multi-brand workshop experience preferred.
- Responsible, disciplined & proactive.
