Compensation
₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for children with speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties. The Speech-Language Pathologist will work collaboratively with families, educators, and therapists to help children develop effective communication skills and achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment and Evaluation
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing assessments.
• Identify communication strengths and areas of need through standardized and informal assessment methods.
• Develop detailed evaluation reports and recommendations for each child assessed.
Intervention Planning and Therapy
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based intervention for speech, language, social communication, fluency, voice, AAC, and feeding disorders.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the developmental and sensory needs of each child.
Progress Monitoring
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
• Regularly review and modify intervention goals based on outcomes.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in review meetings.
Family Education and Support
• Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to support skill generalization at home.
• Provide home programs and practical strategies to facilitate communication development.
• Conduct parent counseling and training sessions when required.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
• Work closely with occupational therapists, special educators, psychologists, and other professionals.
• Participate in case discussions, interdisciplinary planning, and team meetings.
• Contribute to integrated therapy programs and goal-setting processes.
Advocacy and Professional Practice
• Advocate for communication accessibility and inclusion.
• Maintain ethical and qualified standards in accordance with RCI and professional guidelines.
• Stay updated with current research and evidence-based clinical practices.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree (BASLP) or Master's Degree (MASLP, M.Sc. SLP) from a recognized institution.
Certification
• Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) Registration is mandatory.
• Additional certification in Oral Placement Therapy (OPT) is preferred.
Experience
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delays, Speech Sound Disorders, Language Disorders, Feeding Difficulties, and other neurodevelopmental conditions is preferred.
Required Skills
Clinical Skills
• Strong assessment and intervention skills in pediatric speech-language pathology.
• Knowledge of AAC systems, early intervention, feeding therapy, and social communication intervention.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals.
