Role Description This is a full time, on-site Technical Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and corporate roles. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating job postings, leveraging multiple channels to attract qualified candidates, and maintaining a structured candidate pipeline. The role involves conducting initial technical and cultural fit assessments, organizing interview schedules,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The Technical Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment documentation, track key hiring metrics, and support continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle US Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Recruiting, with the ability to understand technical roles and assess relevant experience.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Hiring, including coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in recruiting for technology or healthcare technology roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritize multiple open positions effectively.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and common recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
