Role Description: Seceon Inc. is hiring 25 Software Engineers for a full time, remote opportunity. The ideal candidates will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of backend services and core platform features that power real-time threat detection, security analytics, and automated response.

In this role,



Software Engineers will develop clean, efficient, scalable, and secure code, implement object-oriented designs, build and integrate data pipelines and APIs, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and security operations.

Key responsibilities include participating in code reviews, optimizing application and platform performance, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and improving system reliability across high-throughput, multi-tenant environments. Engineers will also contribute to technical documentation and help continuously enhance the platform based on customer feedback, evolving cybersecurity threats, and emerging industry requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems concepts.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Solid understanding and practical use of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles for scalable and maintainable code.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, Go) and common development tools (version control, CI/CD).
- Familiarity with cloud environments, containers, and orchestration (e.g., AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, log analytics, or high-throughput data processing is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
