2 to 5 years of experience handling legal or contract documentation is what we're looking for, along with sharp attention to detail and comfort working inside a document-management system rather than loose folders. A paralegal certificate or LLB is a plus but not required.

What you'll do

You will format, proofread, and finalise legal documents against client templates, track document status through drafting and signature stages, and flag inconsistencies before they reach the client. Volume is steady and turnaround windows are tight, so a systematic approach matters more than legal expertise.
