Sailpoint Engineer

Location- Remote

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.

Develop and customize SailPoint Connectors, Workflows, and Web Services.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ.

Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance across the development lifecycle.

Stay current with SailPoint product updates and IAM industry trends.

Qualifications:





4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.

Proven experience building Custom Connectors, Workflows, and Web Services integrations.

Deep understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with identity governance processes, lifecycle management, and access certifications.

Experience integrating SailPoint with various enterprise systems and cloud platforms.

Ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions to technical and business audiences.

Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
