Role Description The Asst. Manager Production (Cosmetic Industry) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role oversees day-to-day production activities, ensuring cosmetic products are manufactured according to quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and that production targets are met efficiently. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production runs, coordinating with R&D;, quality control, procurement, and maintenance teams, and monitoring equipment performance and material usage. The position involves supervising production staff, implementing standard operating procedures, maintaining documentation and reports,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in processes and workflows. The Asst. Manager Production also helps troubleshoot production issues, optimize resource utilization, and contribute to scaling up new formulations from pilot to full-scale manufacturing.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong production management skills, including production planning, workflow optimization, and team supervision.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing processes, including batching, filling, packing, and handling of cosmetic-grade raw materials.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with quality assurance and regulatory compliance in cosmetics, such as GMP, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of production or ERP software to track output, inventory, and efficiency.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional coordination and staff training.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Cosmetic Technology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field is beneficial.
- Prior experience in cosmetic, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing environments, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role, is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, maintain high attention to detail, and adapt to a rapid-paced, target-driven production setting is required.
