Job Description

Crown Wears (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Welfare Officer to ensure the well-being of its workforce by promoting a safe, healthy, and supportive working environment. The position involves addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor welfare regulations, and fostering a positive relationship between workers and management.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Ensure the well-being of workers by addressing their grievances and welfare-related issues promptly.
- Promote a healthy work environment through counseling and support services.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and statutory welfare provisions.
- Maintain required registers and documentation as per labor law guidelines.
- Act as a bridge between workers and management to foster effective communication.
- Organize regular meetings with workers to understand and address their concerns.
- Monitor health and safety conditions in the workplace and raise issues where necessary.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure proper health care services for workers.
- Organize awareness sessions on worker rights, safety, hygiene, and personal development.
- Assist in arranging training programs on soft skills and workplace discipline.
- Ensure female workers welfare, including maternity benefits and workplace safety.
- Monitor and support the proper functioning of childcare/lactation facilities (if applicable).




- Assist HR in maintaining discipline and a harmonious work environment.

Academic Qualifications

- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline

Others Requirements

- Age: 25 - 35 years
- Gender: Female
- Training/Course: MS Office
- Area of Expertise: HR & Welfare Compliance

Experience And Skills

- 2 - 3 years (Freshers are allowed to apply)
