Work Details

- Job Type: Full-Time

- Salary: ₹16,000/month for Freshers | Experienced candidates based on previous salary & experience

Role & Responsibilities

- Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Handle blue-collar and white-collar recruitment across different industries.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle bulk/high-volume hiring as well as individual positions.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess basic suitability.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, location, shifts, and other requirements to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer, documentation, and joining-related activities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
- Handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and achieve recruitment targets.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in blue-collar, white-collar, bulk hiring, staffing, or recruitment agency environments will be preferred.

Experience hiring for roles such as Delivery Executives, Warehouse Staff, Sales Executives, Customer Support, Technicians, Office Staff, IT/Non-IT professionals, and other workforce requirements will be an added advantage.

Note

Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in HR & Recruitment can apply. Candidates with practical recruitment experience, especially in blue-collar and white-collar hiring, will be preferred.
